作為當前國(guo)內(nei)最大的(de)(de)(de)雙密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)鞋(xie)靴研發(fa)生產(chan)基地(di),際華三(san)五(wu)一(yi)四公司雙密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)航母卻是DESMA分(fen)廠,該分(fen)廠擁(yong)有3臺(tai)國(guo)際先進的(de)(de)(de)德國(guo)DESMA橡(xiang)膠雙密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)連幫注射(she)設備,雙密(mi)度(du)(du)(du)鞋(xie)靴橡(xiang)膠的(de)(de)(de)生產(chan)水(shui)平國(guo)內(nei)領先。DESMA分(fen)廠實(shi)(shi)行模擬法(fa)人運行機制以來(lai),給整個公司的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作帶(dai)來(lai)了新氣象,繼實(shi)(shi)施班組長競聘(pin)后(hou),公司又把該分(fen)廠4個管(guan)理崗位拿出(chu)來(lai)進行競聘(pin)。相較于(yu)由(you)分(fen)廠聘(pin)任的(de)(de)(de)班組長崗位,車間管(guan)理崗位是由(you)公司聘(pin)任的(de)(de)(de),競聘(pin)條件更為嚴苛,待遇更為優厚。
公(gong)司(si)高(gao)度重(zhong)視(shi)這(zhe)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,成立了由(you)執(zhi)行董事高(gao)永慶為(wei)組(zu)長、總經(jing)理(li)(li)潘文峰為(wei)副組(zu)長的(de)(de)競聘(pin)小組(zu),指導(dao)整(zheng)個競聘(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。從12月(yue)3日開(kai)始競聘(pin)到12月(yue)10日競聘(pin)結束(shu),作為(wei)評委全(quan)程參(can)與競聘(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)公(gong)司(si)領導(dao)、人力(li)(li)資源部、安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)(li)部等(deng)人員,深(shen)深(shen)感到,勞(lao)務(wu)派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)實力(li)(li)不容小覷。全(quan)俊華(hua),1993年(nian)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,是DESMA分廠(chang)廠(chang)長的(de)(de)得(de)力(li)(li)助手(shou),她工(gong)(gong)(gong)作經(jing)驗豐(feng)富(fu),操作手(shou)法嫻熟,從事過整(zheng)個生(sheng)產流(liu)程的(de)(de)每一(yi)道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,是一(yi)個生(sheng)產多(duo)面手(shou),多(duo)年(nian)來(lai)一(yi)直(zhi)擔任車(che)間(jian)班組(zu)長一(yi)職。孟書雪則是高(gao)學歷勞(lao)務(wu)派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)代(dai)表,他2008大專畢業后,就到際華(hua)三五一(yi)四公(gong)司(si)參(can)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。雖然一(yi)直(zhi)作為(wei)勞(lao)務(wu)派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)車(che)間(jian)從事多(duo)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,但是他毫無怨言,在(zai)兢兢業業認真工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)同時,不斷強(qiang)化對制鞋專業知識的(de)(de)學習,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作能力(li)(li)有了很大提高(gao),在(zai)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)中威信很高(gao)。最終這(zhe)兩名勞(lao)務(wu)派遣工(gong)(gong)(gong)力(li)(li)壓群雄,成功競聘(pin)為(wei)制鞋技術員兼工(gong)(gong)(gong)段長。
